Admin console will now let me add user, button to save is greyed and so is add product!? Help please

My Admin console will not let me add users, button to save is greyed and so is + product!? Help please what am I missing. I did already purchase and have 2 acrobat licenses that aren't assigned

Hello ​@AshleyB-AustinsInc,Thank you for confirming that you already have two unassigned Acrobat licenses.And sorry for troubled experience.Would you try using Admin console in incognito mode and check if that allows you to save or + products? Let us know how it went.~Tariq
