My Admin console will not let me add users, button to save is greyed and so is + product!? Help please what am I missing. I did already purchase and have 2 acrobat licenses that aren't assigned

Thank you for confirming that you already have two unassigned Acrobat licenses. And sorry for the troubled experience.
Would you try using Admin console in incognito mode and check if that allows you to save or ‘+’ products? Let us know how it went.
