Admin remove access to Photoshop

Hello,

 

     My colleague is having an issue with Photoshop where it appears as an attachment since yesterday, and she needs to send a request to use it. However, after using it for only 2 hours, the same problem occurs again.

     Despite her account status showing as Active, she has never encountered this problem with Photoshop before.

 

How to fix this?
