Hi Everyone,

we have atleast 5 users in our admin portal but for some reason we are not able to identify which account has admin previledge, can I please seek help how to contact adobe support to help us resolve the issue.

The account you have used to post this query is associated with a deleted console/contract under which there are no admins and licenses. You might have to check with your internal IT team if the contract was renewed or places a new order for the creative cloud licenses that are on a different console.

What happen really was the account I am using now was the original admin user but for some reason when we logged in this month it was change to a normal user and we've check to our other accounts none of those have admin previledge. How are we suppose to get back the admin previledge of our account?

There is one account, the contract owner, who can't get stripped of admin rights. When you log in to the admin console, do you get an error message?

Did you buy via Adobe directly or through a reseller? If you bought via a reseller, contact the reseller. If you bought via Adobe directly, contact standard support for learning who the contract owner is, if you aren't that one.
