This error typically occurs when domain enforcement is enabled. Domain enforcement allows system administrators to restrict organization-owned domains to prevent users from creating and using personal Adobe ID accounts with corporate email addresses.

To check whether domain enforcement is active for your organization, please refer to the following documentation:
https://adobe.ly/43NtuZg

If domain enforcement is required for your setup, but certain users still need access via personal Adobe IDs, you can add them to the exception list. Detailed steps for managing the exception list are available here:
https://adobe.ly/4luhRfR

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

We tried to follow the steps shared above but we did not find the options shown in the documentation.
