Administrator access to cloud storage folders

It should be possible for administrators to access all users cloud storage files and folders.  Currently we can only get reports for how much data the users have in the cloud.

Please add the ability for administrators to view, download and delete users cloud storage data.  Separately, I posted a request for the ability to fully disable cloud storage....
