Hi @Shira29019658w1sv,
Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing.
Based on your description, it appears that your account was migrated from an individual subscription to a business (Teams) subscription. As a result, you are now unable to access your Adobe Portfolio because it is associated with your personal profile, while you are currently signing in using your business profile.
When you move from an individual plan to a business plan, Adobe creates a separate work profile. If your Portfolio was originally created under your personal profile, it will not be accessible when you are signed in under the business profile. To access your existing portfolio, please sign out of all Adobe applications and sign back in, ensuring that you select the personal profile during the sign-in process.
If you intend to continue using your portfolio under the business profile, you may need to transfer your assets between profiles. You can refer to the following resources for guidance:

If you are experiencing issues related to billing, please note that payment details for a Teams (business) subscription must be managed through the Admin Console. You can update billing information using the following guide:

For individual subscriptions, billing details can be updated by signing in with your personal profile here:

Please note that your current account shows an active Teams subscription, and an active Adobe stock individual subscription while other previous individual subscription ae longer active.
