Adobe Acrobat 2020

Hi, I am experiencing an activation limit issue with my Adobe Acrobat 2020. I have uninstalled the software from my old computer, but I didn't deactivate it beforehand, and now that computer is no longer accessible. **  When I try to install and activate it on my new computer, I get an error saying the activation limit has been reached. Could a support engineer please help me reset the activation count for my serial number?  Here is my serial number: 1016-1831-2529-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Thank you for your help!

We purchased the Enterprise Edition and have 2 licenses in total. One of them works perfectly fine. However, the other one was used on an old computer that has now been replaced. I am trying to install and activate it on the new laptop, but it won't let me activate.

In this case, how can I successfully activate the license from the replaced computer?

Thanks for your help!

@sthuang

Adobe does not reset activations.

You might want to repost on the Acrobat forum where staff is active and can look up your details by using your login. This is the Adobe Aero forum.

Adobe does not reset activations. You need to have one of the two available or you cannot activate again.
