Adobe Acrobat 9 License no longer working

Hi - We have volume licenses for Adobe Acrobat 9 which we still use and some how program complaints that license key is not valid. Please help.

I do. This is the same installation we have been using for years.

you must use the volume license installation files available via your enterprise portal, not the public single-user installation files.
