Hi there,

I'm a licensing specialist and I wondered to know if with a license bought under a TLP program of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI , I can cover an installation of a lower version of Adobe Acrobat Standard Edition

Thanks a lot for the support

In theory it may be possible, but you'd have to confirm with Adobe directly. See this page for more info:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/faq.html#Backwardlicensing

However, that may apply to licensees of current releases only.

I don't know if you'll find anyone who remembers such an old program, the software is EOL now. In general, though, Adobe didn't offer downgrade rights and never had Pro -> Standard rights. Which version of Acrobat Standard were you lookng to run?

    Hi there,

    we have a TLP contract.

How , if possible, can I see activated computers (or users) on the LWS website ?

I'm actually able to see only purchases, dowload the software and the serial numnbers but no the actual activations.

    Thanks a lot in advance
