Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus still billed even after cancelling trial

Hello. My wife tried a trial for the two products under my account. I have cancelled the trials a day after (17th of July) she subscribed. Can you please check if I can get a refund? Thanks.
