Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus Team trial still billed even after cancelling

I cancelled bot the Pro & AI Assistant trials on the 27th of July and received emails confirming the cancellations, but to today (August 3rd) I have been billed for live subscriptions. Can I get a refund please?
