adobe acrobat pro download

why can't I download the Adobe Acrobat Pro app onto my user's new PC, no option to download from her account even though she has a valid account in my admin console......why is this so hard.

    I was having the same issue. The download from that link installed a non-working version of Acrobat. It opens, and after a few seconds, closes on its own. When will the standard download link from the user interface be fixed?

    the downloaded file isn't the problem..

     

    do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?
