Adobe Acrobat prompting for serial number with an enterprise license?
Does anyone else have issues with Adobe Acrobat where it will prompt some users with a serial number? We have an enterprise license and it seems like the only way to fix is to uninstall and reinstall CC but that takes about 30 mins. Verified that the user does have a license, it is the same deployment as a working user, and the verison is the latest.
I have tried the "IsEnglenabled" registry "fix" and that only works some of time. The chat support suggests uninstall and reinstall but seems kind of odd they don't have a fix. Any insight would be helpful
