Hello, we need Adobe Acrobat Reader DC licenses for three employees: for two we bought it as individual accounts. Now we want to buy a third license as an enterprise license. And I would like to transfer two licenses (previously purchased) to a company account. We started Adobe Software Distribution Request. And has been approved. Is it good? If so, what are the next steps?

Are you sure that you didn't buy the Subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC Pro or Adobe Acrobat Standard DC? Perhaps the non-web service version like Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 or Adobe Acrobat DC 2017??
The Reader Distribution Agreement is for the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. There is no cost associated with it. Once approved then the person who applied for the license will receive an email with a personalized URL link to the download site for the Enterprise Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version.
