Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installation through SCCM hangs for 10-15 minutes

Hi all

I have used the "Acrobat Customization Wizard DC" to create an install for the latest version 18.009.20044 as we have done for many years.

Running the install manually everything works fine but deploying the same install through SCCM 2012 the installation gets to zero seconds remaining and hangs there for around 10-15 minutes.

Has anyone experienced the same and have anyone solved this?

I know this is quite old but I'll try anyway. Did you ever fix this?

Are you creating a verbose MSI log for the installation? If yes, that should help in diagnosing where it might be hanging up.
