Adobe Acrobat Standard XI - Activation problem

Hello,

I have an adobe acrobat standard XI, with an enterprise activation. When I try to convert a Word document to PDF, it asks me a license key. But if I try to edit a pdf file, it doesn't ask me a license key.

What can I do?
