Adobe Acrobat XI AIP, slipstreaming, installing issues

hi everyone,

i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but i've followed the AIP, slipstream, msi steps a million times.  created an AIP, slip streamed the updates in order, created a .mst tranform file and created a batch file to install using the .mst file.  acrobat installs fine but when i launch it, it doesn't open.  the splash screen pops up but acrobat doesn't.  when i check taskmgr, the acrobat.exe keeps flashing on and off.  if i run the .msi install manually, it installs fine. 

i've recreated the AIP, .mst files, started from scratch a million times and i'm getting tired of doing the same thing over and over.  thx.
