Adobe Admin Console - Can not add Name to new Account

While in the Adobe Admin Console I create a new account, but it is not saving the user’s name. The email address is required but the name is optional. I like adding the name, so they are easy to find in the console. I never had a problem doing this before today. The account gets created but keeps dropping off the optional name. Anyone else experiencing this?

The problem has been explained. I was adding a user at https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ and when I do I enter the users first name and last name but it was not saving that information. It was creating the account only with the users email address. Adobe support told me that after the user sets up their account and enters their first name and last name that it would update on the portal, and it did. I since added another 6 users and 5 out of those 6 allowed me to enter then first name and last name and it saved it. Only 1 other didn't save it until after the user setup thier account. I would consider this issue explained and not actually resolved.
