Adobe Admin Portal - Does it ever work?
Hi all,
I've recently had emails from Adobe regarding an unpaid invoice. Attempts to access this invoice from the account always result in an error message. I've raised this with Adobe via the CTTPO-Credit@adobe.com address but they do not respond. I've had chaser messages threatening loss of access but I cannot pay the outstanding amount or even see what it relates to. The account is billed annually which has been running for a number of years so I do not understand what is going on.
In addition to this I want to add licenses for products we already have but there's no option to do this from Overview page or anywhere else for that matter. Is this because of the outstanding bill?
I am a reluctant system administrator for my organisation. I just want to pay the bill and provision applications where needed. Is Adobe this hard to work with?
