Adobe AI chat say i don't have a subscription so i can't talk to a humain???

Hi all,

 

I want to download After effect 2021 and i read on a forum to contact support and they give you a link for it. Nice! But when i chat with support (AI) and ask for an Agent, it tell me i don't have an active adobe subscription?

 

I'm working for a company and the plan is with them, do i need to ask the admin to contact the support for me or is there a way for me to do it by myself?

Yes, your Admin needs to contact support for technical issues. It would be helpful if you can share the error message you are getting, we can take a look and help.
