Adobe Animate Not Compatible (student devices)

Hi!

I have 5 students (on school laptops) out of 70 who have been unable to install Adobe Animate. They receive this message (below). Unfortunately, we're unable to update their OS so I was hoping they could install a previous version. Any thoughts on how to remotely help these students?

When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to at least one external device
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a DVD
