Adobe Animate not in Creative Cloud Packager

I want to create a package of Adobe Animate with Creative Cloud Packager. After entering the serialno., Animate is not one of the apps listed.

We are using a campuslicence (Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise, campuslicentie > Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise, Specified Apps Only Non-Video).

Make sure you have selected to build a 64 bit package. This option is not available for 32 bit.
