Adobe Apps Not Accessible on 2nd Computer

Hello,

I'm on an Adobe Enterprise plan. On my original computer everything is working and I have access to all the apps. I got a new computer, installed Creative Cloud and logged in via my institution's SSO (as I do on my original computer). I'm logged in under my enterprise plan (it says "Enterprise Plan") but I don't have access to any of the apps (everything says trial only).  And when I log into Adobe Podcast all my projects are missing. Why is this? I'm afraid if I log out of my original computer I'll lose everything entirely.  Both are Mac OS devices.

Hello,

I signed out of Adobe.com on my first computer. I tried to follow all the instructions in the link you sent. I tried to sign into Adobe.com on my 2nd computer (always with my organisation's SSO sign in) and now I cannot access any of the apps. Everything says "Free Trial", my plan is not showing anywhere. Even when I log into my first, original computer, my apps are no longer available (everything says "Free Trial").  The email is my organisational email login. It doesn't let me "switch profile" though both profiles are named as my organisation's profile.

Hi @Anne299767686vjm,

Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, I can see that you have an active Enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query, which is managed by your university. Based on your description, it appears that you are unable to use Adobe apps on your second computer.

Please note that this license is assigned to your business profile. When signing in, ensure that you select your work/school account (and not your personal profile) when prompted with the profile chooser option. If you are currently selecting your personal profile, please try choosing the work/school account instead and let us know if the issue persists.

If you are already signing in with the work/school account but still seeing the trial option, please follow the steps in this document:
https://adobe.ly/46MPapM

Additionally, please note that you can only be signed in on two computers at the same time, and you can only actively use your Adobe apps on one computer at a time. You can refer to this document for more details:
https://adobe.ly/4nVQTiQ

Please try these steps and let us know if the issue continues.

Regards,
^AN

Thank you this is very helpful!  Indeed I'm using my work account for login. This explains why I'm able to log in to Creative Cloud Desktop App on my 2nd computer but unable to download any of the Apps (they all say trial).  So what's the appropriate way to migrate my apps to a second computer? Would I have to uninstall the apps from the first computer?
Also, does this apply to Adobe Podcast as well? When I log into the web-based Adobe Podcast on another browser, Safari, (again with my work login) all my Adobe Podcast projects are missing. I've tried signing out of Adobe Podcasts from my first web browser (Brave), and logging back in on Brave (where my I originally could see all my projects) and now all my projects are gone from my Brave browser login as well. Even though I've logged out from Safari etc.  I'm not logged in anywhere to Adobe Podcasts, and now logging back in, all my projects are missing and it says I need to "Upgrade" in the upper right. This is all on the same original first computer where it all worked before. What do I do to get Adobe Podcasts working again?

Thanks,

Anne
