Adobe Business License

I upgraded from a personal to a business plan a few months ago, primarily because it appeared that the AI assistant tool was included in the business plan.  Today I tried using the AI assistant and I was prompted to upgrade.  Was I mistaken about the information I saw related to the AI assistant?

Thanks for reaching out. From your query, it seems you are unable to use Acrobat AI Assistant with your newly purchased business plan, as you are being prompted to upgrade. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with. I have checked and see that you have an active Teams plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. It also appears that you previously had an individual Acrobat Pro plan on this ID, which has now been cancelled.

Can you confirm whether you are logged in with your business ID or your personal ID? If you are not sure, please try logging out from the Acrobat app. When signing back in, select Work or School Account instead of Personal Account, since your business license is assigned to your work profile. Please try this and let us know if the issue persists.
