Adobe CC 2018 installer fails at Spark and uninstalls everything. How can I deselect this program?

At first, my installer (deployed on Windows 7 64 bit) was failing and uninstalling when it hit Adobe Dimensions, which requires Win10. I created a new installer without that and it carried on almost to completion.

This time the pdapp.log seems to show that Sprk is the problem installer, but I cannot find anywhere to deselect it from the list of programs to bundle in the Creative Cloud packager.

Any suggestions?
