Adobe CC and applications with subscription expired error after SDL download

Hi all, I have access to create packages with the Adobe admin console. While creating the package, this includes the license file along with whatever applications I have selected. While downloading on a Mac that has previously had Adobe on it (I ran the CC cleaner and deleted all files I could find), whenever I sign in I get told my subscription has expired and it gives me plan options. This is while downloading the package with an SDL. I've signed into multiple different accounts with the same issue. I have also run the license activation tool and still no luck

Hi,

Please follow the below mentioned steps to fix the issue.

Steps to fix the issue  :

Go to location :

MAC:-  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/ operating Config / Delete all the Files inside the Folder.

Now Create a new license package from the Admin Console if you have already created a License Package for Shared Device, install the package, and then try to log in to CCDA.

Note:- Before performing these steps kindly close all the Adobe applications and sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app
