Adobe CC causing a "Repair/Quit" error and not showing the Creative Cloud Desktop App
We came accross this issue on our Windows 10 machines with student logins (non-admin rights and limited access to local drive).
I've found this solution on Redit posted by Wicket01.
I thought post it here as Adobe seems to be ignorant about this issue.
The command is as follows:
icacls "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox\AdobeIPCBroker.exe" /setintegritylevel medium
