Adobe CC Enterprise Licensing Loss when current CC user uses login

We have Adobe CC Enterprise at our University. Recently we have been having issues with people getting the "you already have 2 computers registered with this account" error. It is happening on Macs and Windows. It appears that sometimes when an individual that already has a personal subscription to Adobe CC logs into the Adobe Cloud app to manage their fonts/etc it causes the computer to lose our enterprise license. Once we run the licensing script its fine for a while again.

Has anyone had this issue before?
