We have school license for Adobe CC. Have been using it for about 1 yr. I tried installing it on a new laptop and no matter what I try to run I get the following error. I  get the following error:

C:\Users\Superintendent\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\PV7IQ40J\AdobeCreativeCleanerTool.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

The cleaner tool or install packages are return the same error. I have anitvirus turned off

Any suggestions?

    Hi stratfordi19524529

If you are deploying on to a 64 bit system you need to use a 64 bit package. If to a 32 bit system you must use a 32 bit package. So you might have to recreate the package.
