Adobe CC License migrated to business account

Question

Hey everyone,
 
we have been using the Admin console to give Adobe CC licenses to our employess email adresses. Often we gave it to their personal emails, so they can also use the Adobe program privately like Adobe Portfolio. Since Sunday all accounts lost their liceneses and are now on a business account, which means we can not access our liberaries, cloud projects or Adobe Portfolio anymore as they do not exist on our business profiles and for the private profiles we have to pay again.
 
Does this mean we have to pay twice for every account so we access Adobe Protfolio and so on again? Is there a way to migrate liberaries from the personal profile to the business profile?
