Adobe CC licensing error

Hello,

We bought the Adobe CC individual photography package a month ago and now the trial period has expired and I am being asked to activate photoshop. When it takes me to the licensing website to login I get the message "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance."

Please advise as to why this is happening, we need to get it activated as soon as possible, we are paying for this service.

    you should have a look at Adobe's database, to see what's stored/saved about your accounts.

    I tried all this, clicking on the redeem membership link it asks me to enter a redemption code which I don't have or didn't get. All the other links I also tried already but nothing helps. Photoshop is still working though and it says in red "0 days remaining"

    I checked my products and services and under 'products in use' there is nothing listed although I have the monthly photography plan subscription, downloaded photoshop and lightroom. With this plan I thought I would get photoshop and lightroom or not?
