Adobe CC lost registration info

I've deployed adobe CC to a device and the user has been working fine for the past year. All of a sudden she was asked to login with the Adobe CC admin account (which I've done), but the program still will not launch.  The only option I have is to start the 30-Day trial.  Is it just a matter of entering the serial number again or do I need to create a new package and push that out again.  This is an iMac user running OSX 10.9.5.  Again, it was working fine up until today, now all of the CC apps are down.

The issue could arise if a user signs in to a product, or the Desktop Application.

PlanoAdmin, I have run into the same issue on a couple of our Macs as well.  I created the license file using the packager.  Do I need to deactivate the Macs license in the Admin Pool first or do I just run the AdobeSerialization File?

    tonycannizzo,

I did not deactivate the macs in the license pool.

I just ran the script to re-serialize the device and the next time I opened the application i wasn't prompted for any login or serial numbers.  So far i have not noticed any duplicates in the license pool so I think this works just fine.

To get Adobe to release any details about what is happening on the back end with their licensing system when we run this would be harder than recovering a certain Secretary of State's "lost" e-mails... so we're left to just guess.

It would be helpful if there was a way to PREVENT users from signing into any service that would invalidate their device license.

I have had to re-license over a dozen machines in the first two weeks of school due to students somehow causing their device license installed CC applications to suddenly revert to asking for Adobe Logins or Trial Modes.

If you want to reserialise the application you can use the Create License File function in Creative Cloud Packager.

Is this a known issue that the program loses this information from time to time?
