Adobe cc membership

Hello adobe:

My company Seabridge, LLC has a cc membership for 4 team members.  2 members are full cc, and 2 are just Acrobat only.  I reset the acrobat only and my one colleague said that when he logged in he got a message that the license was for PC only, and we need the mac version.

Please guide me on how to fix this problem.
