We have a couple users that utilize some Adobe CC apps on their mobile devices and we are currently rolling our  Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Upon rolling out MFA, these users started having issues authenticating into the CC mobile apps that was working fine previous to the MFA deployment. Now, even after disabling MFA on their Azure account, they still cannot authentication into the CC mobile app. Authentication into their desktop CC apps working just fine with MFA enabled.

May I know if the users are getting any errors with MFA when signing in to CC apps?  Is it happening with only one or multiple apps just to isolate the issue? Are they using Android devices or iOS?

You can check this link for iOS devices: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/ats-compliance-for-sso-server.html

I would also recommend checking with Microsoft as the users are using Federated ID where authentication is done at IDP's end.
