I have Work at Home applications installed, and need to update Adobe Camera Raw. The "updates" menu item in Photoshop is greyed out, and running the standalone installer for ACR 9.4 fails saying that updates have been suppressed. Has anybody else experienced this and what can be done?

It sounds like updates were suppressed when the applications were installed. This can be done with the Creative Cloud Packager.
