Adobe Certified Instructor locked out of software

Hi! I am an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) in Video Editing Solutions.

I have no access to any software, as my CC subscription has run out.

A CC subscription is part of the ACI Program Benefits, and I have asked politely and repeatedly that it be offered to me. Please see enclosed screenshot.

Noone at Trainingpartners, Trainingpartners Helpdesk, nor the regular Adobe Support have been of any help.

How can I resolve this issue?
