Adobe Charging My Small Business More For Being A Loyal Customer

Read the attached help desk script from this morning - they disconnected without even trying to help.

 

Nothing like rewarding your loyal customers Adobe, disgraceful! This is why here in the UK CMA and Government are having to intervene, suppliers are meant to do all they reasonably can to support their customers in getting the best deal, rather than exploiting any biases and undermining trust in Adobe.

Seems like no-one at Adobe wants to respond. They just want my money each month as a loyal customer for years and years taking thousands of pounds. I have probably paid around £7,500 in the last 6-7 years to Adobe but can't even  get someone to speak to me.
