We have been asked to send all Cloud Providers PUE to our Managing Company.

I can find nothing anywhere my Googlefoo failed me

Please can someone assist?

@Howard28867182od3t I would recommend raising this request with your CSM or Account Manager who could be able to assist you with the proper documentation and details.

    i'm not sure there is anyone that knows the answer to your question, and if there is, how to contact them.  your best bet would be finding another user that's already obtained this info, but because i can't recall ever seeing anyone asking that question in the forums, i don't think that will be easy either.

     

    are there colleagues or competitors you know that might have this info?

    Yes and no I spent ten minutes talking to a bot. I am not calling them as the call centre is worse. Nothing tells me an actual number.

    If you're an Enterprise customer, the support tab gets you in direct contact, not a chat bot.

    If you type AGENT in the non-enterprise chat pod you get a real person.
