Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 fails to install at loginwindow (OS X)

Apologies if this has been asked already.

Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 fails to install at loginwindow using a serial number licensed pkg created in Creative Cloud Packager.


The pkg installs fine when a user is logged in either through a deployment or the GUI.

If the install is run twice in succession at the loginwindow, if completes successfully however it breaks the desktop app so is not a workaround.

Has anyone seen something similar or have any information on how to navigate around this issue?

The workflow of login window is not clear.

I would appreciate if you can let us know the step by step workflow you are using with screenshot & I can look it up for you.
