Adobe Creative Cloud Access Gone

Hello!

My school district gives Adobe Creative Cloud out to all the students in the district, but when I opened up Premiere today, instead of just working normally, it said "Start Trial" Did my district stop paying for Adobe Creative Cloud? What changed?

I wonder if your school was providing access via a complimentary at-home access plan? The offer ended on Aug 31, 2021. Again, I think the best information will be available from your school.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with the ID and password that your school's IT dept gave you.
