Adobe Creative Cloud apps locked with University licence active but no access

I subscribed to the university Adobe Creative Cloud plan. Then, I received a confirmation email stating that my access started on 27 February and should be valid for one year. I was able to use the Adobe apps normally two weeks ago. However, since last Thursday all Adobe applications have been locked, and the Creative Cloud app shows a message saying that I do not have access and should contact my administrator. (Access ended: you no longer have access to this app...) I went to the uni service desk, they told me to contact Adobe.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hi @siqin_9581

    Thank you for reaching out.

Upon reviewing your account, I can see that you have an active Enterprise subscription associated with the email address used to post this query. Your administrator has assigned you a Creative Cloud Shared Device Access – Higher Education license.

Please note that this type of license is designed to work only on institutional or lab machines and will not function on personal devices.

I recommend contacting your IT administrator and requesting that they assign you a different license type that supports installation on personal machines.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
