Adobe creative cloud error "207"

Apon trying to inatall adobe creative to my windows device. I am met with the error code and "207". And I saw most people reccomended to disable windows firewall and or any anti-virus software, and that it worked for them. But it did not resolve the issue for me need help to fix the problem.
