Adobe Creative Cloud Install Issue

While trying to install Creative Cloud adobe package I receive this error. What do I need to do to get this installed?

Did you open the log file to find out why the install failed?

This is an open forum, not a direct link to Adobe support... nobody (not even Adobe) can help with no information

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system, and have you recently updated?

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?
