Adobe Creative Cloud installation failure

  Hello,

we have a computer that had a Adobe Illustrator 2015 Creative Cloud license. This license expired. We then decided to upgrade to the full Creative Cloud. It is a device license as it is used in a lab by multiple users.

It fails the installation. It generates a pdapp.log file, and seems to be looking for the Illustrator 2015 directory, which is no longer there. Ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner, restarted the system, and tried again- it failed in the same way.

I cannot figure out what to do next- how do I get this to work. I cannot find a way to post the pdapp.log file otherwise I would do so.

Computer is running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit patched to current levels. It is running Office 365 32 bit.

Some apps such as Adobe XD, Lightroom CC and Dimension CC are not supported on Windows 7. Check the Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements for more info. You will need to rebuild the package without these apps.

Are you trying to install an All Apps package? Or just Illustrator CC?
