Adobe creative cloud issues

Hello community, over the last few days, i have been getting a message that creative cloud is needed to resolve a problem. i have tried repair, reinstallm update yet i keep getting this message.

has anyone else faced this issue? is there a solution to this?

additionally, my pc is behaving slow and abnormal as well...

appreciate any help & guidance...
