adobe creative cloud not working

hello, i have since a few weeks some problems with my creative cloude app. I tried to reinstall it and to repair it. but it 's unfortunately still not working! i dont know what to do.. does anyone have a tip or the same problem?

Are you on a Teams or Enterprise account?

Have you contacted your IT dept admin for assistance?

  • Has Creative Cloud desktop app ever worked on this machine?
  • Which operating system do you have?
  • What if any error message are you seeing?
  • What is not working?
  • What trouble shooting steps you have tried?

Hi there,
thanks for your answer and questions.

1. yes it worked for several monthes without problems.

2. i have windows 10 if that is the question.

3. there is no error message, there is only a blank window opening.

4. i have tried to download it again. and then it poppes out a message that i should repair the app. then i pressed the button repair. but it didnt help me further. i tried to deinstall it too, but the thing is that i have to deinstall all my programms to make that.
