Adobe Creative Cloud Not working

My libraries in PHotoshop all of a sudden stopped working. My Creative Cloud said it failed to update (must have automatic updates). The update kept failing with a 44 Error Code. I tried uninstalling but it says I can't uninstall because the original item for "uninstall creative cloud" cannot be found. I tried repairing as well and it gave the same P44 error. 

I have tried restarting my Mac. Same issues. I also tried re-installing and it fails to install.

Anyone have a solution?
