Please help!! I've just bought a Education (one-year) package yesterday night and I wish to start my editing. However, my computer doesn't reload my membership and keep on asking my serial number. The problem is I didn't get any serial number or Redemption code from Adobe and I wanna start my work right now! what should i do?

    Hi,

I can see you have creative cloud individual membership on your account, it should not ask for serial number but is it is still you can try the below mentioned steps.

Go to HOSTS file and delete all the Adobe entries that you see there. Location for the file be:-

    Windows :- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Mac:- Go menu on the desktop > go to folder > then type "/etc" ( and this will open a folder with lot of files , you will see HOSTS there, drag it on the desktop open it , delete the adobe entries and drag it back to it;s original position )

Post that go ahead log out and log back in the creative cloud desktop app and try to use the product.

    It should resolve your issue.

Let us know for further queries.
