Adobe creative cloud packager windows always fails without explanation

CC packager fails without further explanation after downloading...

    The solution: I had choosen to put the Packager on the desktop and after that in the 'MyDocuments' Folder. When I chose a folder at the root of the C: disk, everything ran OK
