adobe creative cloud permissons

After getting a new windows laptop i downloaded adobe creative cloud and was using indesign, today when i have logged on alls it says is 'you dont have access to manage apps' 'permission from your IT administaor maybe required' however i have this and have followed the email from my promission, so i dont know what to do please can someone help.

If you're on a business or school plan its likely that you admins have applied some setting to prevent installations. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/apps-tab-disabled.html 

 

Did you download the Creative Cloud app from adobe.com? If yes, then most likely your Admins have implemented the "Self-service policies" feature and will need to update it using the Adobe Admin Console.

If you installed Creative Cloud app using an installer provided by your org, then it could be that the specific package has the self-service install restricted.
